Luma Oweis, P.E.

Luma earned her Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science degree from Rutgers University, College of Engineering, and has been working in the industry for nearly 30 years.  She is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. 

 

Luma has broad experience in a variety of geotechnical areas including subsurface explorations, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, construction quality control and quality assurance, retaining wall foundation design, shallow and deep geotechnical foundation design, brownfield development, landfills, and other geotechnical areas. 

 

She has broad experience on a variety of projects in the commercial, residential, industrial, and transportation arena and is committed to delivering quality service to all clients.
