The proposed construction consists of a new 46-story structure at 246 Spring St. which consisted of underpinning of the existing structure at 155 Avenue of the Americas. OEI performed vibration monitoring and observation of drilled pile installation at 246 Spring Street, as potential settlement of the existing building at 155 Avenue of the Americas was a concern.
