Project consists of a new 6-story building constructed on a retrofitted foundation system. Responsible Engineer of Record for geotechnical engineering services that included the subsurface investigation, preparation of the geotechnical report with foundation, earth pressure and underpinning recommendations, and conducting structural condition surveys for adjacent buildings and monitoring those conditions on a regular basis.
