Project consisted of a new 11 story building with two levels of basement below the static groundwater elevation.  Responsible Engineer of Record for geotechnical engineering services that included the subsurface investigation, preparation of the geotechnical report with foundation and earth pressure recommendations, design of the support of excavation (SOE) systems, preparation of secant pile wall design and construction monitoring plans for submission to the New York City Building Department.
