Oweis Engineering Inc. (OEI) provided geotechnical evaluation for the proposed construction of a 65-story and 96 story office and hotel tower in the City of Moscow, Russia. OEI Services included:

• Developed a design soil/rock analytical profile.

• Design of drill shafts, reducing the length of sockets and controlling necessity of grouting in limestone.

• Developed construction specifications.

• Analyzed mat-shaft-drilled shaft interaction using extensive 3-D Finite Element Method (FEM).
