Brinker International retained Oweis Engineering Inc. (OEI) to perform geotechnical engineering services to verify subsurface conditions after filling at a proposed restaurant building pad. OEI performed seven borings and provided allowable bearing capacity for shallow spread footing foundation. Provided consultation and quality control services following the investigation.
