Oweis Engineering was retained by Kaplan COmpanies to conduct a preliminary Phase I Environment Site Assessment and Phase II for five parcels at a property located in Helmetta, NJ. Phase I included interior assessment of several buildings. OEI also conductd a geotechnical investigation for proposed residential buildings and retianing walls to be constructed on a historically filled site.
