Oweis Engineering conducted the geotechnical investigation made to explore and evaluate physical subsurface conditions by performing thirty-one (31) soil borings and twenty (20) test pits. The investigation depicted up to 8 feet of miscellaneous fill left from previous industrial site. Much of site fill was re-used onsite by implementing a screening process to remove deleterious material and re-use suitable soil material as structural fill.
