Oweis Engineering Inc. (OEI) was retained by Kaplan Companies (Kaplan) to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Phase II for five parcels at a property located in Helmetta, NJ. Phase I included interior assessment of several buildings. OEI conducted a geotechnical investigation for proposed residential buildings and retaining walls to be constructed on a historically filled site.
