Oweis Engineering Inc. provided geotechnical services related to the stability monitoring of the existing bulkhead. Responsibilities included the installation of inclinometers, monitoring and recording data, evaluating the movements of the existing bulkhead, and construction services related to the gradual replacement of a part of bulkhead that moved towards the Newark Bay.
